So I decided to send a request to Google and here is the response we got from them explaining how you can make your payment and upgrade your App to the unlimited offline based version.

I’m happy to let you know that Google’s payments service is available in Nigeria (For your reference, here is list of countries where Google Payments can be used). Eligible customers may activate Google’s payments service at payments.google.com at any time.

Moreover, you can purchase with Google using a credit or debit card with one of these logos:
  • American Express
  • MasterCard
  • Visa
  • Visa Electron

The card’s country must match the country to which you’re placing an order from. If you use a corporate card, please give the billing and shipping addresses associated with that card, as well as the name on the front of the card.

We can’t accept these payment methods at this time:

  • Checks
  • Money orders
  • Direct bank account debits
